- Identify tools to help you design your project in a clear way for newcomers to quickly understand what the project is about, who can be involved, and where the work is headed
- Fill the open canvas for your project to think through an open project strategy to develop an MVP
- Reflect on the roadmap for your project with milestones - start drafting them with descriptions and tasks
- After this Week, develop documentation and resources for your project and share them with others

Breakout activity: Instructions for the room:
- Last week you started to draft your vision statement, in your breakout room articulate your big idea, vision or dream that you want to achieve by working openly, and experiment with expressing your vision in a short format.
- Discuss if any improvements can be made to make vision statement as clear as possible.
- Can jargons be removed to make it accessible? You can use Hemingway App or something similar to simplify your statement.
- You will be able to iterate and improve on this and exchange feedback on each other’s vision statements in the coming days.
