Leverage points for project and community sustainability

The workshop explored tools and strategies for project sustainability, building on previous OLS activities around navigating the funding landscape. Participants were introduced to guiding questions designed to identify leverage points throughout their communities’ journeys towards sustainability. Following short presentations from invited contributors, participants worked in breakout rooms to explore specific leverage points, map how they appear in practice, and reflect on the actions and conditions that make them possible. The workshop was part of the community consultation phase of the Seeds to Systems programme
