Pathways towards a sustainable open research ecosystem

The workshop explored community visions for a more sustainable open research ecosystem and identified potential pathways for making these visions a reality over the next five years. Working with participants’ community visions, the group identified key conditions needed to make these visions possible and connected them with concrete actions their communities were already taking or could take. These discussions generated insights into potential interventions that could support project sustainability through training, research, policy, and other pathways. The workshop was part of the community consultation phase of the Seeds to Systems programme
