After publising our 5 years blog of OLS, where we highlight what’s been happening over the years and what the team has been working on…we realised, what about our community? Why don’t we spotlight the AMAZING work that the OLS community has been doing over the years? And that is how the OLS Community Spotlight series was born!
Over January and February 2026, we held a series of gathering where different people from the community, who have engaged in different roles, presented their journey after becoming part of the OLS community. We got to see where different projects are after years, how people have evolved after participating in our training programmes…
The result? 5 inspiring sessions showcasing 17 of the most interesting and diverse journeys within the community
